1. Membership Cancellation
Members who wish to cancel their membership must submit a cancellation request no later than the 10th day of the preceding month. If the request is submitted by the 10th day, the membership will end at the end of the following month.

If the cancellation request is submitted after the 10th day, the membership will continue until the end of the subsequent month, and membership fees will remain payable until that date.

2. Cancellation in Case of Unexpected Return to Home Country
The same cancellation deadline applies even when a member needs to return to their home country unexpectedly. The membership cancellation will be processed according to the deadline stated above.

3. Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

・

However, in exceptional cases where a member enrolled in a long-term membership plan unexpectedly needs to return to their home country, a refund may be provided after the membership has been cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation deadline.

When calculating the refund, any discount or promotional benefit applied to the long-term membership plan will not be applied to the period already used. The amount used will be calculated based on the regular monthly membership fee.

・

Any remaining balance from the amount already paid after deducting the applicable membership fees through the effective cancellation date will be refunded to the member.

4. Membership Plan Changes
Members who wish to change their membership plan must submit a plan change request no later than the 10th day of the preceding month. Requests submitted after the deadline will be processed for the following month.

5. Payment
Membership fees and other applicable charges must be paid according to the payment schedule specified by TFP. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the membership is cancelled.
